Why our own factory matters
We do not resell someone else's bodies. Frame, shell, services and interior are built on one site, so a single contractor answers for the result.
Our own shop floor, not imported kits
Frames are welded and panels assembled in Korolev. We do not depend on someone else's shipping schedule, and we fix problems on the floor rather than by email across a border.
Engineered for a Russian winter
The standard envelope holds −40 °C and the Arctic package goes to −60 °C. Every pipe runs inside the warm envelope, service entries are heat-traced, ventilation runs through a heat exchanger.
No foundation, no building permit
A capsule is a non-permanent structure on screw piles. No building permit is required and the plot keeps its original status.
Warranty and nationwide service
Five years on the body and frame, a 50-year design service life. We run a field service team and a parts store — we maintain what we build.
An itemised quote
The capsule, the logistics, the pile field and the commissioning are priced as separate lines. What the price covers is visible before you sign.
Delivered turnkey
We haul it, set it on piles, connect it and start it up. All the site needs is a connection point — the rest is on us.

We discuss the job, the plot and the budget, then match a model and package.

Price, schedule and payment plan are fixed. 40 % on signature.

Detailed design
We agree the layout, finishes and services routing. Seven to ten days.

Production
Frame, shell, services, interior. 45 to 90 days depending on the model.

Delivery
Low-loader to the plot, mobile crane for unloading, setting on the piles.

Commissioning and handover
Hook-up, systems start-up, walkthrough, signed acceptance.
